For the year of 2021, you will get a 1099 or 1099-K if you had BOTH 200 transactions and $20,000 in funds through your eBay account. Even if you don't get a 1099, you still need to report the income from your eBay business. These key factors change in 2022 when the gross sales of just $600 triggers a 1099K. Regardless, any income earned should be reported to IRS.
